H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Butti Maktoum Juma Al Maktoum, a respected member of the Maktoum family, has been the Chairman of The English College since 2018, one of the first English Curriculum schools in the UAE, where he oversaw a significant reinvestment into the facilities and the successful restructing of operations. Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of Hasheem Investments, the family office for H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum. The company has investment interests in real estate, education, retail, manufacturing, hospitality and technology, both domestically and internationally.

In 2020, he was appointed Chairman of Platinum Heritage Group a multi- award-winning hospitality company with interests in sustainable desert safaris, hot air ballooning, and boating tours in Dubai.

H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Butti Maktoum Juma Al Maktoum holds an MBA in Business Administration from Canadian University Dubai.

H.H. Sheikh Rashid Butti Maktoum Juma Al Maktoum, a respected member of the Maktoum family has been a Board Member of Hasheem Group since 2019, the family office for H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum. Hasheem Investments serves as the private family office for H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum and oversees investments across sectors of Real Estate, Retail, Education, Tourism, and Private Equity domestically and internationally.

In this role, he has concurrently served as a prominent Board Member of 5asec Group (2019), Hero Experiences Group (2020), a multi-award-winning hospitality company, Hasheem Real Estate (2021) as well as The English College Dubai (2018) and Zermatt Management Ltd (2023).

In January 2024, H.H. Sheikh Rashid was appointed as Director of Global Partners Ltd, an institutional fund manager that focuses on alternative investment opportunities in the UAE. Besides being active in the Military, H.H. Sheikh Rashid also holds a Degree in Management, is a falcon enthusiast, and is currently involved in several Joint Ventures projects.

Bader Hareb served as the CEO of Emaar Development in Dubai from 2017 until 2021. Prior to this role, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Dubai Healthcare City, overseeing the strategic growth of the healthcare free zone. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in esteemed organizations within the real estate sector. Notably, he served as  Chief Property Officer at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, leading significant investment projects in the MENA region. Concurrently, he served as Vice-Chairman at Sharjah Holding and The Wave, Muscat.

Additionally, Bader served as Managing Director at Nakheel, where he played a pivotal role in managing key projects and navigating the company through a period of financial restructuring. He presently serves as a board member at Dubai Islamic Bank, and has previously held board memberships at Downtown District Cooling Plants, Port Rashid, and Dubai Healthcare City Authority. With his background in arbitration, Bader has effectively managed cases related to real estate disputes and construction projects in Dubai.

A Dubai native, Bader holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from United Arab Emirates University. He is also a graduate of the Dubai Leadership Program through The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Frederic Gastaldo co-founded Photoweb.fr in 1999, a pioneer and leader in digital printing-on-demand in the French market. He successfully sold the company in 2014 to Clairefontaine Group, a global leader in the paper industry. He currently manages three family companies based in Luxembourg: FG Investissements, Vakraly, and G&G Lux. These holdings are active in direct investments across the digital and  industrial sectors. primarily  in Europe, and also co-invest alongside top-quartile funds. Frederic made early-stage investments in unicorns such as BlaBlaCar, Nexthink, and Vestiaire collective, amongst others.

Frederic has invested in many tech companies in the UAE such as Eyewa, Ziwo.io, The Luxury Closet and Maison Duffour. He has also been active in the crypto industry since 2017.

Frederic has a Masters degree in Digital Marketing from Grenoble Management School (GEM) in France.

Christian Peter joined EBC in 2018 as Director of Finance and Operations, an advisory platform operating under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum. In 2019, he assumed the same role within the Family Office of H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, where he oversees investment portfolios across multiple sectors, including real estate, education, retail, private equity, and technology, both regionally and internationally. In this capacity, Christian plays a central role in evaluating, structuring, and managing strategic investments aligned with the long-term objectives of the Family Office.

Prior to this, Christian held senior leadership roles as General Manager of Kanoo Real Estate and Managing Director of The Birch Group, where he was responsible for driving operational performance and executing investment and development strategies across diverse real estate portfolios.

Christian currently serves on the boards of Hasheem Investments and Hero Experiences Group, the latter encompassing award-winning hospitality and tourism ventures such as Platinum Heritage and Balloon Adventures. His previous board and governance roles include The English College and the Swiss International Scientific School, where he contributed to strategic and financial oversight.

Warren Blore is a highly experienced CFO and chartered accountant with over 25 years of global financial leadership across investment, M&A, and operations in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Bahrain, Oman, and South Africa. 

Warren began his career in South Africa as an auditor with a national Moore Stephens affiliate, before immersing himself in international satellite telecommunications in London, a field he has also addressed in both the UAE and Australia. He joined YBA Kanoo Group in 2014, one of the region’s most prominent family conglomerates, focusing in particular on Real Estate, Shipping & Logistics, and Tourism with regard to investments, divestments, and subsidiary operations.

He brings deep commercial multi-sectoral expertise and has held senior leadership roles within GCC family offices and conglomerates. Across every role, Warren has engaged directly with tax authorities, audit and regulatory bodies, sovereign investors, and commercial banks — driving strategic, compliant, and commercially successful outcomes for his investors.

Warren has dual-qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa and Australia, and holds degrees in commerce and accounting from leading South African & Australian institutions. He currently advises Hero Experiences Group and was previously the board representative for YBA Kanoo Group on the board of S5 Agency World.

Maud Forest-Perrot embarked on her Human Resources journey in 1999 in France, working for a prominent public transportation group. She later transitioned to the Paris Airports Group, assuming the role of HR Manager for ground handling services. In 2007, she relocated to Dubai, where she served as HR Manager at Societe Generale, overseeing investment banking and private banking activities across the Middle East.

Apart from her role as Executive Director – HR at Global Partners, Maud also holds the position of HR Director at H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum's Private Office. Additionally, she serves as a Director at Zermatt Management, offering consultancy services across diverse industries such as hospitality, wellness, and financial services.

Maud holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Political Sciences.

Shant Der-Khachadourian joined Global Partners in August 2025 as Vice President – Project Management. In this role, he applies his extensive project development and delivery experience to oversee project execution for the firm’s property investment platform.

Before joining Global Partners, Shant served as Associate Vice President – Project Management at Aldar Properties PJSC from 2022 to 2025. Aldar is Abu Dhabi’s largest property developer, reporting revenues exceeding USD 6.2 billion in 2024. At Aldar, he led development of the Mamsha Al Saadiyat district, managing landmark projects including Nobu Hotel & Residences, Mamsha Palm, and Mamsha Gardens — a combined development portfolio over USD 1.5 billion. He also delivered Aldar’s education portfolio of three new schools valued at over USD 250 million.

Prior to Aldar, Shant worked at Arcadis in Abu Dhabi, the Netherlands-based global design and engineering consultancy with annual revenues exceeding USD 4 billion. As Project Manager, he led projects with a combined value exceeding USD 500 million, including the Abrahamic Family House interfaith complex (church, mosque, synagogue) and Mamsha Al Saadiyat mixed-use development.

Shant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the American University of Beirut and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®, PMI).

In 2018,  Ncholas Jopling  set up his own consultancy business, Square House Consultancy LLP, toservice a number of senior advisory positions using the experience gained from leading a number of private and public residential business teams, ranging from £10 million - £250 million in revenue, and consistently delivering shareholder and client value. In his current consulting role, Nicholas  is a member of Redevco’s Investment Committee, a Non-Executive Director of Heylo Housing Group, a Senior Advisor at EQT, Time Partners, and a number of private UK Family offices.

Nicholas has been a Partner at UK Real Estate advisers Allsop (1998 – 2003), where established  its residential property management business ARIM (now AL&M) which is one the of the UK’s largest institutional residential portfolio managers. He was also the UK residential Executive Director of CBRE (2003 – 2010), where he set up the residential platform and then led its integration with other CBRE residential divisions in EMEA and the US to leverage knowledge and experience across the globe, which included supporting the setting up of CBRE’s Dubai office in 2004/5. In 2010. Nicholas left CBRE to go client-side as the Executive Property Director of FTSE 250 Grainger Plc (2010- 2017), where he was an integral part of transforming the 104-year-old company from a trading business to the largest listed residential investment company in the UK.

Nicholas was Founding Chairman of both the UK Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) and European Residential Council, which published the acknowledged Best Practise Guide to Build to Rent. He was also a member of Boris Johnson’s Housing Task Force during his time as Mayor of London and a member of the UK Government’s Montague Review into attracting institutional funds to invest in residential assets.

Nicholas graduated from Newcastle University with a BSc (hons) in Agriculture.

His diverse career began as a Naval Marine Engineer Officer before transitioning to key roles at Lockheed Aircraft Hydraulics and Wilkinson Sword Ltd. Leslie's international expertise expanded as the Logistics Agent for the Dubai Central Military Command. From 1998 to 2020, he served as the CEO of the Private Office of H.H. Sheikh Butti Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum. Since 2020, Leslie has contributed his wealth of experience to Hasheem Investments.

Leslie's academic background encompasses Marine Engineering studies and Industrial Law studies at Liverpool University, establishing the groundwork for his accomplished career.

Timothy Krochuk started his career in 1991 as the youngest diversified portfolio manager in the history of Fidelity Investments. During his tenure there, he used artificial intelligence along with advanced quantitative techniques to develop and implement investment models used in managing over US$20 billion in public mutual funds. In 2001, Timothy left Fidelity  to start a hedge fund firm, which grew to US$1billion in assets at its peak.  This firm ultimately merged with Shepherd Kaplan to create Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk (SKK), a US$9billion wealth management firm based in Boston, MA.

Today, he is a Managing Member and Co-Head of Alternative Investments at SKK.

Timothy  holds an AB in Economics from Harvard College (1992).  He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves on the board of, or in an advisory capacity to a number of private and public companies.

Pascal commenced his career at Credit Suisse and UBS before transitioning to a hedge fund and subsequently an alternative investment firm, where he held the position of Head of Business Development. He then joined Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, initially focusing on Business Development Europe and later leading the Swiss team. Until the end of 2019, Pascal served as Head of Wholesale at M&G Investments, a global asset manager engaged in long-only strategies, hedge funds, private equity, private debt, and real estate investments. Following this role, he was appointed Managing Director at Paloma Switzerland, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Connecticut, where he managed institutional client relationships outside of the United States until September 2024.

In October 2024, Pascal co-founded Pangea Capital Network (https://pangea.work/), an international capital consulting firm, and subsequently joined the board of Global Partners Switzerland.

Pascal holds a PhD in Law on international hedge fund structures from the University of Zurich UZH and he is a CAIA charter holder. He also successfully completed the IMD Lausanne High Performance Boards program.

Tomas Hricko started his career at UBS in 2001 as a hedge fund specialist leading up to assuming the role as Regional Operating officer and Managing Director for the UBS Hedge Fund platform. After a short stay at the private equity firm Adveq between 2010 and 2012, Tomas joined Achievement Asset management, a multi-strategy Hedge Fund in Chicago as COO.  Between 2015 and 2019, Tomas rejoined UBS in Zurich as the Global Head of Hedge Fund Distribution for Wealth Management followed by serving as Managing Director for Paloma Switzerland – a Connecticut based multi-strategy hedge fund – covering institutional clients outside of the US until September 2024.
